**Full job description**
- Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
- Storing and rotating stock according to established procedure
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors.
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment
- Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods.
- Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules
- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls
- Ensuring goods are fit for purpose - inspection of goods is required
- Recycling of pallets and cardboard
- Banding, strapping and shrink wrap of all pallets
- Ensure that there is adequate floor space at all times - keeping aisles clear
- Assist with Production as required Physical strength, fitness and dexterity, as they often have to lift heavy packages or work at elevated heights
- Excellent team-working skills to effectively collaborate with other members of a warehouse team
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills to coordinate large volumes of goods
- The ability to drive a forklift and must have a driver’s licence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£34,500.00 per year
