** Sales Advisor**

Establish excellent relationships with new and existing customers, using their telephone sales techniques to generate business and convert new leads.

**The Role**:

- Answering the inbound calls in the aim to convert these to bookings.
- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers to host events.
- Setup up new customer accounts.
- Contact existing customers.
- Outbound calls to new potential customers.
- Respond to inbound enquiries from potential customers, carrying out a full assessment before handing them over to an event quotes adviser.
- Provide an excellent customer experience whilst working towards company targets.
- Work quickly in a fast-paced role to keep up with a busy workload.
- Maintain accurate client information in the company database.
- Ensure all calls are of high quality and adhere to relevant guidelines and regulations.
- The basis of this role is to effectively communicate the products and services offered by CH Events and generate sales via leads and enhance sales potential on incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Ring leads and advising are products and services and convert these into bookings.
- Proactively gain new bookings and, repeat business and generate qualified leads for the venue team.
- Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service.
- You will be required to provide the Sales Representatives with qualified leads and appointments.
- Booking callbacks and maintaining pipeline business.
- You have worked in a fast-paced call centre environment making in excess of 150 calls per day.
- Effective communication, listening, and influencing skills.
- Proven sales ability, including objection handling and the ability to close a sale.
- Self-motivated, and able to remain positive and focused when under pressure.
- Target-driven, for example, sales, quality, and productivity.
- Lots of initiative and ability to problem solve.
- Hitting KPIs - you will get all the support that you need to achieve your goals.
