Due to continued growth, the position of **Construction Manager** has become available to join our **successful Highways team **based in **Cornwall**.

The role is to lead construction operations to ensure all elements are delivered safely on time and budget, as well as compliance with all Highways specifications. This will include managing a team of engineering staff and all subcontractors to provide technical support and production control

**Role Requirements**
- BEng (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering degree or higher
- Extensive experience delivering infrastructure projects
- Lead teams within multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects
- Experience in delivery of major highways projects including both online and offline widening
- Understanding of health and safety principles in line with Costain's core values and behaviours
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
