**Finance Team Leader**

Managing a small and friendly team in all aspects of an accounts dept - Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Payroll - overseen by a Financial Controller

Daily duties include - Running reports, sorting out queries, escalating problems, dealing with other departments, coaching and mentoring other staff

**The role will include**:

- Maintaining the company's financial records using Sage.
- ledger and credit control.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Escalated supplier / customer queries
- Supplier payments.
- Management & development of the team
- Managing a small and friendly team in all aspects of an accounts dept - Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Payroll - overseen by a Financial Controller
- Daily duties include - Running reports, sorting out queries, escalating problems, dealing with other departments, coaching and mentoring other staff

**- About you**:

- Recognised accounting qualification or qualified by experience.
- Organised and able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Numerate with commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills with colleagues at all levels.
- Sage preferred but not essential
- Experience of Excel / running reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 - 42 per week
