**Hours**: We can offer you excellent working hours to suit you. Some of our staff work part time, some full time, we’re very flexible

**Pay**: Starting rate of pay of £12 an hour for the first 12 weeks of your probation period.

For staff with Level 2 or 3 NVQ’s in Health and Social Care, we pay up to £15 an hour.

We provide home care services in the following towns, villages and surrounding areas:

- Redhill, Reigate, Betchworth, Dorking, Gatwick, Horley, Lingfield, Oxted, Godstone, Crawley, Horsham, Billingshurst, Forest Row, East Grinstead and Pulborough.

- Driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Medication monitoring and/or assistance.
- Social duties include preparing and cooking meals, essential cleaning and shopping
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
- Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player :)
- Some Clients require personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting. There are more hours available to Carers willing to carry out these duties.
