We are currently seeking a Bids Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis here at TIAA Ltd. While we are flexible with working from home, this is a hybrid role as it is important for this position that you regularly work closely with the rest of your team at our Head Office based in Fareham.

**The role**:
Our Bids team, which you will be part of, are a vital part of our business. They work tirelessly to acquire and business by preparing and submitting tender responses. As a Bids Coordinator your duties will include:

- Prepare high quality tenders
- Assisting the Bids Support Coordinator in the preparation of all pre-tender related documents to a high standard, including collating information for tender responses, monitoring of inboxes, typing tender documents and printing, collating and binding documents
- Liaising with staff across the business to gather intel for the purpose of tender submissions
- Organising the distribution of tender related documents to deadlines
- Maintaining an up-to-date electronic document library for tender responses
- Responding in a timely and appropriate manner to queries received both internally and externally appertaining to bids and marketing
- General administrative duties for the bid/marketing department

**The requirements**:
As a Bids Coordinator you will need to be highly organised, able to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines. The turnaround times for submitting tenders is often short but its incredibly rewarding work as youll be playing an integral role in the growth of TIAA Ltd. Other requirements include:

- Demonstrable minimum of 3 years experience in working to strict timescales and working on multiple projects concurrently
- Strong previous experience in an administration role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Excellent written English skills
- Team player
- Strong skills in use and knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages. In particular Word and PowerPoint are essential
