**Pay rate: £21,450.00 per annum (£11.00 per hour) Permanent Contract available**

Shift pattern: 07.00 - 14.30, 14.30-22.00 Monday to Sunday 37.5 hours per week

**It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence with business insurance, to enable our client to access the community.**

You will be supporting our client in Colchester working within a team and at times lone working 1-1 with behaviours that can challenge

You will need to provide full personal care, arrange GP appointments, support our service user to access the community and provide person centred interaction.

Day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Colchester, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 1 year (required)
- Learning Difficulty & Challenging Behaviour: 1 year (required)
