Our West London Hotel in Heathrow is seeking a Reservation Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis with a salary of £26,000 - £32,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package and the opportunity to work with a remarkable Hotel brandin the UK. This role rewards a very generous salary in return for a 48-hour work week. One thing that is essential in this role is knowledge of how to use Opera software or similar.

As a reservations, your main job will be to ensure that every booking is organised efficiently, and strong service is always upheld. Your main tasks will include assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. Makingreservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances and checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customer's desired travel dates.
