**Job Description**:
Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a Unit Supervisor on a 12 month contract, on behalf of our client, a successful recycling business. The Unit Supervisor will be assisting in the managing of a small team, reporting to the Operations Manager.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently- Updating reports and results, and other general administrative duties (holiday forms, Return to Work interviews)- Monitoring and updating stock- Providing leadership and guidance to employees- Developing and enforcing rules and procedures to ensure that the workplace runs smoothly.**Experience required**:
- Experience with the Microsoft computer packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and Powerpoint- Working on desktops and iPad- Experienced in leading a team, including monitoring performance, training and providing guidance- Working in a Warehouse or Factory environment preferred**Working hours**:
Monday-Friday
7.45am-4.30pm
