Education Partnership North East is delighted to advertise the position of Senior IT Customer Service Advisor, as part of our new expanding Service Desk team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing first-line support requests and resolutions, ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved and that continuous service delivery demands are met.

The Service Desk is also responsible for proactive activities to ensure continual improvement to the customer experience, such as driving self-service, on-boarding and documentation.

Applicants should demonstrate a high level of commitment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in customer services in their personal statement, as well as examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
