The Arenas host events over 210 days a year and welcomes 700,000 to 1million visitors to each venue, ranging from world-famous musicians like: Justin Bieber, Take That, The Who, & Championship sporting events like World Darts, World Athletics, Crufts and many more - every day is different.

As a Cloakroom Operative you will offer a service for storing customers personal items, with emphasis on brilliant customer service, deal politely and courteously with any requests for help, information, advice or queries asked by visitors, event planners, client and take in customers coats and luggage and store correctly in the cloakroom, delivering an exceptional service to all visitors. You will also take direct interest in the health & safety of yourself, and others who may be affected by your work activities, always maintain health & safety standards.

**Main Duties**
- To ensure customers personal belongings are taken in and stored correctly in the cloakroom
- To ensure company provided uniform is kept clean & tidy and is always worn whilst at work. Identity badge must always worn & visible
- Ensure all services are delivered safely in line with all OCS operating standards, reporting all accidents & dangerous occurrences to your supervisor

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Experienced in the Events industry, preferably in a service-related field
- Proven ability to deliver a quality customer experience
- Problem solving skills, ensuring issues are quickly & effectively resolved
- Ability to use own initiative & confidence to make quick decisions
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment
