**The job itself**:
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player with property / construction experience to support the provision of the Strategic Asset Management function. The position involves being part of a multidisciplinary professional team responsible for ensuring the optimum performance of buildings, land, and property across the Council’s Property Portfolio.

In delivering this function, you will be required to; prioritise revenue investment, bid for funding, monitor building performance as well as allocating and monitoring the allocation of resources. You will also be required to provide technical research and responsibilities in the efficient management of property and projects.
