Property Construction Labourer

**Duties including (but not limited)**:

- General reactive and proactive maintenance
- Undertake a wide range of minor repair and maintenance tasks such as redecoration and glazing, joinery repairs to existing timber doors and frames, assemble of flat pack furniture, fitting weatherboard and strips, changing fluorescent tubes and light fittings, general tidying of garden areas.
- First and secondary fix works; wall studding, framing and joists, plastering etc
- Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, patching vinyl, painting, repairs to pipe lines, toilets, sinks, kitchen and laundry equipment etc.
- Identification of trends of any issues and corrective action to stem that trend.
- Establish and maintain an ongoing and improvement of communication and efficiency
- Has a minimum one year experience with building maintenance, construction and/or renovations
- Has excellent communication skills; understand both oral and written instructions in English.
- Has a professional appearance and conduct at all times, with colleagues and customers.
- Is able to multitask, prioritize and juggle work orders including last minute requests.
- Is physically fit, able to lift and carry loads exceeding 25lbs.
- Is a positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn and help
- Is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
