Floor Supervisor

We are a deceptively busy restaurant but our core team thrives on a bit of adrenaline and the rush of a fast paced service

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to progress in their hospitality career long term.

Your role is 40-45 hours per week, mainly evenings and a one to two lunch time shifts. It includes weekends and holidays but we aim for our team to have a good work life balance, and try to accommodate this as best we can.

Previous work as a floor manager is not required, but experience in a full service restaurant and leading a small team to deliver excellent hospitality will be essential in this role.

Your daily duties will include
- Hosting and coordinating with other team members
- Taking responsibility for the booking system and optimising the seating plan
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Liaising with the kitchen to create the best customer experience
- Ability to jump into any role within the restaurant when needed, whether that is making cocktails or bussing tables
- Ensuring that health and safety procedures are followed
- Working with the Managing Director/Acting GM to ensure company standards and standards of service are upheld
- Stock monitoring
- Responsibility for cashing up and keeping track of waste items or discounts
- Leading your team and creating a positive work environment
- Making relationships with guests and being the host of the party

Tips are included and split between all team members each shift, as well as free food and drink on shift, and discounts when dining in.

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
