JS Legal Recruitment Ltd are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm based in Essex. Our client is looking to recruit a talented ambitious Property Lawyer, Legal Executive or Conveyancer to join there highly successful Propertyteam based in Brentwood and Hornchurch on a full -time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with a strong and growing reputation in the Essex market.

The role will involve running and managing your own case files with appropriate supervision.

The role
- Handling your own caseload of property matters with minimum supervision with support staff
- Drafting and negotiating transfer of land, transfer of part and transfer of property
- Drafting new leases
- Raising enquiries on purchase transactions, dealing with enquiries on sale transactions and managing a case file from instruction and commencement to post completion
- Dealing with re-mortgages, equity release, transfer of equity
- Processing adverse possession claims
- Drafting and negotiating Deed of Covenants, Deed of Variation, Deed of Easement
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Responding to client queries regarding Title or Lease terms
- Ability to develop relationships with clients
- You will be required to take part in and initiate marketing, networking and other business activities in order to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients
