PURPOSE OF ROLE:
**Requirements**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working with the wider business to assist them with updating the ATS and wider recruitment process.
- Inputting and manipulating data from our ATS to multiple excel workbooks.
- Auditing vacancies on the ATS ensuring correct approvals, benefit alignments & the data is accurate and uniformed.
- Sending communications from the ATS for jobs and offers in approval.
- Assisting the team with coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Assisting the wider team with their reporting on time to hire, direct recruitment stats and live vacancies amongst others.
- Cleansing the ATS to ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Assist with bi-annual PSL reviews.
- Supporting the Talent Manager with administration in project work
- Providing support to the Learning and Development team in line with the early careers cycle.
