**Junior Assembly Technician**
- £19k - £25k DOE
- Automotive Assembly
- Based near Twyford

Syntech are looking for an Junior Assembly Technician for a Automotive client of ours based near Twyford. Working day shift, you will be tasked with reading drawings and manuals to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies.
**Junior Assembly Technician Duties**
- Assemble components for automotive gearboxes
- Validate and testing of sub-assemblies
- Work to defined SOPs
- Work with design and production when required
- Working from engineering drawings and manuals
- Inspect assemblies using basic measuring tools
- Keep workshop clean and tidy at all times

**Junior Assembly Technician Profile**
- Mechanical HNC or similar qualification would be ideal
- Keen attitude to learn and develop in an Automotive industry
- Experience with transmission assembly or similar high-quality assemblies is beneficial but not essential
- Experience reading engineering drawings and build plans
- Able to use basic inspection tools such as Vernier's and callipers
- Previous experience in Motorsport would be a big advantage
