The Lime Tree Hotel is an award-winning boutique hotel located in the prestigious Belgravia area of London, adjacent to the charming independent eateries and shops of Elizabeth Street. With 26 bedrooms our property is very popular with leisure travellers, who come to us for the great location, characterful building and our reputation for fantastic service. We pride ourselves on our high standards and stress a customer-first approach above all else.

**The role**

We are looking for an energetic part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our small housekeeping team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained in immaculate condition.

This is a part-time role, for **two days per week**. The normal hours for this role will be from 0800 - 1600, although please note we can offer some flexibility regarding the exact hours.

As well as supporting the smooth overall operation of the housekeeping function, the most important part of the role will be carefully checking that all guest rooms and common areas have been cleaned and presented to our exacting standards for new arrivals.

The main responsibilities will be:

- Carefully preparing guest bedrooms for new arrivals after cleaning and ensuring that they are presented to the highest standard for the next guest
- Ensuring the housekeeping store is kept tidy and properly organised
- Regular deep cleaning of maintainable items such as shower heads andcontrols, kettles and glassware
- Logging and reporting any maintenance issues that require attention
- Weekly light cleaning of front-of-house areas such as meeting room, entrance lobby and reception area
- Providing general support for the daily housekeeping operation as needed

**Who we’re looking for**

While some previous experience in a housekeeping role would be an advantage, it is by no means necessary - most important is to have a positive attitude and great attention to detail We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

- Meticulous and focused, with fantastic attention to detail to ensure our high standards are met
- Great at working as part of a small team while also able to maintain consistent standards when working individually
- Able to speak English to a good level
