The Role
Superb opportunity to join an award-winning and prestigious law firm based in Newcastle that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of Private and Commercial Clients.
The firm is recognised across the UK for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. It has an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality partner-led advice with exceptional personal service.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Court of Protection Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee Earner to work alongside the existing Court of Protection Team.
There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and put clients at ease during potentially very stressful situations.
The role will include working closely with the firm's professional deputies, Neurotrauma and Personal Injury Department, clients and their close friends and family, alongside therapists and other professional advisors.

- Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE - New qualified solicitors with a keen interest in Court of Protection will be considered
- Highly organised
- Have the ability to multi task
- Have the ability to work independently.
- Experience in Court of Protection Private Client or Serious Injury is preferable.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
