Load Strapper

Within our depot based in Carrington, we are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Load Strapper Operatives. Your role will be to support our drivers, contractors & other departments by ensuring all vehicle loads are secure, safe & comliant with company legislation.

**Monday to Friday, 6AM - 6PM**

Dispatch Operative duties:

- Ensure all loads in to vehicles are securely fastened as per guidelines
- Communicating with all members of the team at all times
- Query investigation and resolution
- Analysis, promotion and identification on areas for improvement within the warehouse
- Promotion and adherance to H&S policies and proceedures
- Being the face of the business for customers old and new
- Cross functional support between inventory, transport & contractors

Our ideal candiate:

- Experience working as a load strapper
- Co-operate with management and team to ensure job is complete at end of the day
- Work to timescale and deadlines
- Ensure vehicle load is safe, secure and correctly positioned
