**Job Role: Digital Marketing Coordinator**

We are a media charity with a global mission to demonstrate the love of God in a relevant & practical way to all nations, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every home in the UK, Europe & beyond. We reach millions of people with a message of hope and freedom through our TV programmes, online via our website and social media platforms and our Hope Line - Prayer Centres.

**Job Summary**:We have an exciting new opportunity within the** Marketing Team **to play a key role in our next new and exciting season at CBN and make a real difference in achieving our mission and aims.

Our new Digital Mission, underpin by our values, is to:

- Reach a new audience
- Create new content
- Build and on-line community
- Equip new disciples

You must thrive on change and be highly adaptable, able to work in an ever-changing environment. We are a faith-based charity that has a clear plan but also needs to adapt when things change and ‘jump to action’ as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and web developers, to create engaging and visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns using Google Ads and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and engage with the online community on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages, and creating content that fosters engagement and brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and innovative.
- Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design, HTML, and CSS is a essential.
