**The Requirements**
- Demonstrable experience in a senior operations management role
- Proven experience in operations management and leadership
- Strong understanding of inventory management and production processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in the building materials industry is a plus

**Responsibilities include;**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operations strategies and processes that optimise efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Work closely with the sales team to forecast demand and set production schedules
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Continuously evaluate and improve operations processes
- Manage and motivate a team of operations staff
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with other departments and stakeholders as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and coordinate all after-sales activities, including customer complaints, returns, and technical support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify and resolve issues by working closely with the sales and operations teams
- Implement and maintain after-sales policies and procedures
- Continuously evaluate and improve after-sales processes
- Manage and motivate a team of after-sales staff
- Identify and mitigate after-sales risks

A pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy granted autonomy to manage the overall operations activity of the business. The scope of the role incorporates managing, via a multi-discipline team Customer service, Technical Support, Training and Development,Logistics, Communications and all operational aspects of the business operation.
