**Duties in this Product Development Administrator role include**:
- Ensure that production samples are checked against final product specification
- Feedback on basic sample and artwork issues
- Support artwork checks
- Support product quality developer with filing product testing, audit or inspection reports
- Assist on customer meeting prep, photoshoots and trade shows as required
- Maintain accurate product spreadsheets using excel
- Communicate clearly with suppliers and other parts of the business
- Sample management
- Support the team on setup for in-house presentations and product reviews
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as necessary
**The successful Product Development Administrator will have the following skills**:
- Prior data entry and admin experience, with the ability to manage and operate databases
- Exposure to or experience within a wholesale environment or knowledge of critical path management would be a distinct benefit
- Highly organised and a brilliant multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive person, who thrives in a fast-paced role and busy working environment
- Solid Excel and MS Office skills
- An excellent communicator at all levels
- Keen to begin a career within a creative industry
- A flexible approach with a positive outlook, and a team player
