Credit Administration Officer - Banking

Venn Group are currently seeking a driven individuals to join a prestigious global bank in the West End, stepping into a vital role within the Credit Administration Team. This permanent position involves pivotal support for the Senior Credit Administration Officer, focusing on meticulous adherence to policies and procedures governing credit facilities. If you're enthusiastic about contributing to a renowned financial institution while ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance in credit operations, this opportunity promises both challenge and growth within a dynamic banking environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide dedicated assistance to Relationship Managers and credit personnel, facilitating a streamlined credit control process and vigilant limit monitoring.
- Enforce strict adherence to credit facility policies and procedures, ensuring meticulous compliance throughout all operations.
- Oversee the meticulous arrangement and maintenance of all essential credit documentation, covering both individual and corporate clients, while handling property transactions in collaboration with solicitors until completion.
- Act as a custodian, maintaining a register of security documents and ensuring meticulous management and monitoring of collateral.
- Coordinate property valuations, liaise with valuers and solicitors, and oversee collateral-related tasks while providing detailed monthly reports to Branch Management.
- Maintain and update "live" credit reports, oversee loan booking and rollovers, and handle fee input and limit maintenance.
- Manage the submission of Guarantee extensions for approval, monitor and follow up on the renewal of buildings insurance concerning property loans, and maintain records of problematic accounts, provisions, and write-offs.

Experience and Qualifications:

- 2 years' previous experience within Credit Administration (International bank preferred)
- Committed to timely objectives, dedicated to meeting set deadlines
- Self-Reliant and Autonomous, capable of independent work with mínimal oversight
- Efficient Task Management, organizes and successfully concludes assignments in a systematic manner
