**Pastoral Administrator / Receptionist**

H3:5-6 (Fringe) term time only

(£21,575 - £21,968 + £663 FTE, Actual £18,732 - £19,063)

37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, 8.15 a.m. - 4.15 p.m.

Start Date: Summer Term 2023

We are looking for a positive, proactive and organized person to be our Pastoral Administrator / Receptionist based in our visitor reception. Are you a self-motivated, welcoming person with great interpersonal skills? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Can you be part of the public facing team at St Mary’s, supporting students, parents, staff and visitors?

Working as part of a small busy team, we are seeking someone with a positive, can-do flexible attitude, an ability to use ICT with confidence and who enjoys multi tasking.

Supporting our Pastoral Teams, you will be responsible for dealing with enquiries along with acting as one of the first points of contact for visitors and carrying out administrative/organizational tasks related to staff or wider school.

The role will involve confidently dealing with queries, signposting appropriately, accurately compiling and maintaining records, notifying parents and staff of matters relating to students, and carrying out other administrative or project work as required to support the school. You should be proficient in Microsoft office, in particular word and excel.
