We have such an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin speaking experienced multi-trade engineer with a wealth of knowledge and effective understanding within tenanted properties.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Installations, repairs and maintenance work with a particular focus on carpentry and tiling work
- Basic Plumbing
- Lock changes to windows and doors, window repairs etc
- Knowledge of plastering and painting
- Tiling, brickwork and pointing works
- Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
- Happy to work multiple locations.
- General Property Maintenance

**Qualification and Skills**:

- GCSE or equivalent
- CSCS Card
- UK Driving Licence **(required)**:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a multi-trader **(required)**:

- Carpentry experience will be advantageous
