**We are recruiting for an Operator for an initial 6 month fixed term contract**

**Your Responsibilities:
- Adherence to health and safety policy and procedures. Safe systems of work, PPE, near miss reporting.
- Adherence to quality procedures.
- Operate production equipment to daily targets.
- Fix it myself approach to problem solving.
- Assist on Machine changeovers and product changes.
- Drive a continuous Improvement culture.
- JDE is operated as per training. To ensure accurate stock levels are maintained for cost purposes, to ensure customer orders can be delivered OTIF and the production plan can be met.
- Effective communication from shift-to-shift and to supervision.

**Your Profile:
- Experience in Operating equipment.
- Good written/verbal communication skills and distributing of information to team.
- Team player.
- Good problem-solving skills and continuous improvement.
- Sufficient level of numeracy and literacy, with strong attention to detail (results oriented and focus on accuracy). Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
