**School Cleaner Required**

Nexgen Facilities Services LTD are seeking a hard-working, reliable individual to join our team cleaning a local school.

**Hours and pay**:

- Monday to Friday
- 3.30pm-6.30pm
- 15 hours per week
- £11.44 per hour
- £686.40 paid 4 weekly NOT CASH IN HAND - Term Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Stock and replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairways, and other common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver's license is a plus
