We are looking for an experienced and professional Audiologist based in the Warwick area.

Aspects of the Role:
Working within our Group at IDC, you will perform duties in line with scope of practice and company audiology protocols. To provide diagnostic assessment of hearing loss and rehabilitative treatments for adults both in the NHS and private sectors. Maintain compliance with RCCP registration & HCPC code where applicable. RCCP registered Audiologist with Membership of the British Academy of Audiology (preferred)
- Assessment hearing of adult patients referred under the NHS pathway or on private basis from Primary Care
- Fitting of the latest NHS and private digital hearing aids for adults using REM where appropriate
- Hearing aid review and maintenance for adults
- Plan aural rehabilitation programmes for hearing impaired adults
- Ear syringing and microsuction
- Ensure own personal and continual development
- Manage assessment, fitting, follow up and aftercare services as appropriate
- Work alongside colleagues and senior personnel in a cooperative manner at all times
- Be responsible for the provision of the service across various CCG’s in line with national guidance
- Utilise the patient management system to record all clinical activity
- Ensure that the service complies with both national and local systems of quality assurance and clinical audit
- Stock accountability
- Review clinical and IT equipment required for service provision and report issues to IDC Head Office
- Liaise with Quality Assurance to deal with complaints
- The NHS service is provided from general practice. In some cases, Industrial Diagnostics has no control over the choice or design of the facility provided
- Ensure the locations you work in are clean and fit for purpose
- Ensure locations remain fit for purpose reporting any non-conformities to head office

Carrying out patient domiciliary visits where necessary

**Salary**: £25,541.28-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warwick, Warwickshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Audiology (preferred)
