**University Corporate Services - PS Connect**
- This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
- This new full - time post is available from immediately on a permanent basis.

**Summary of the role**

This role is leading the Finance Helpdesk Team in PS Connect, part of the University’s Corporate Services Division.
- The Finance Helpdesk provides front-line support, advice, training and technical assistance to service users across the University on a variety of finance services and processes. It has a wide remit which helps colleagues and students to procure goods and services, raise invoices, claim expenses, access budgets and much more.

We are looking for a full-time colleague to lead our small, close-knit friendly team. The hours for this role will be worked over five days Monday to Friday.

Initial training for this role will take place on campus and once trained, the role can be carried out primarily working from home with regular days on campus each week as advised by the line manager.

Great customer service, leadership and training creation/delivery skills are essential for this role, and we are looking for someone who is personable, knowledgeable, articulate, enjoys leading a team and can think outside of the box to improve services and overcome issues.
