This is an opportunity to join a successful and growing, family run business based in Peterborough at a HR Manager level.
The recently created position would suit a HR professional with excellent ER experience and a passion for driving and delivering the HR strategy to achieve the business goals.
You will be supporting the HR Director, and leading the HR team, to meet objectives and provide an excellent service to the business.
Responsibilities will include leading on ER cases, reviewing policies and procedures and implementing improvements as required, along with delivering effective performance management throughout the business.
This role offers variety and will require generalist experience covering Training and Development, ensuring it is delivered successfully both externally and internally, writing and delivering training as required and Recruitment, effectively delivering at alllevels and leading on more challenging roles.

This will be an office based role on a permanent, full time basis. Standard working hours are 8.30am to 5pm but some flexibility will be offered to suit personal circumstances if required.
