This position will be based in one of our 2 Bracknell localities. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week and the working week covers 7 days with shifts between 7 am and 7 pm. The role of the Nursing Associate is fundamental to the success of Community Nursing Teams. The post holder must be able to demonstrate the competencies required to perform role and role model the Trust's core values well as exhibit the behaviours required as part of those values.
