Yorkshire Talent Partners are proud to be supporting a reputable law firm based in Doncaster in their search for an experienced Commercial Property Secretary.

As a Commercial Property Secretary, you will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Commercial Property Team, a crucial role and one in which you feel you are adding value on a daily basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career, whilst working alongside some truly inspirational and dedicated professionals.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Maintenance of partner diary, to include arranging meeting and securing appointments.
- Preparing legal documents through copy and audio typing.
- Proof-reading documents and ensuring all correspondence is accurate and produced to a high standard.
- Opening and closing conveyancing files.
- Carrying out instructions through the land registry site.
- Dealing accurately and appropriately with calls from both clients and internal and external professionals.
- Any other administration duties as needed and directed, including preparing documents for postage.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, acting on own initiative.
- Identifying issues and suggesting possible solutions.

Skills and experience required:

- Minimum 2 years legal secretarial experience, ideally gained within Commercial Property.
- Preferred familiarity with the Commercial Property legal landscape and regulations.
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Accurate typing speeds.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proof reading experience.
- Ability to working effectively and efficiently as part of a team.

This is a full time permanent role.

Hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
