Due to our business growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our workshop. With your excellent understanding of vehicle conversions/building and previous experience in a similar role, you will ensure that all projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage and organize customer vehicles, ensuring seamless workflow in various departments of the workshop.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule to monitor build status and project deadlines, ensuring that all projects remain on track.
- Utilise computer skills for accurate data input, maintaining job hours, and managing Excel spreadsheets.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between team members, clients, and management to ensure transparency and progress updates.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and exceed customer expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a workshop supervisory role, with a strong understanding of vehicle conversions/building.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data input and working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various members of staff.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

**Standard Work Schedule**:
**Monday to Friday**: Our regular working week consists of Monday to Friday. This allows our employees to enjoy their weekends and have a consistent routine throughout the week.

**Early Finish on Last Friday of the Month**:
**1pm Finish**: On the last Friday of every month, all employees are entitled to finish work at 1pm. This provides you with the opportunity to kickstart your weekend a little earlier, giving you more time to relax, spend quality time with your loved ones, or pursue personal interests.

**Planning and Coordination**:
We coordinate the early finish on the last Friday of the month to ensure smooth operations and everyone's needs are met. Here's how it works:
**Communication**: We communicate the dates of the early finish in advance, so you have visibility on when to expect this benefit.

**Scheduling**: Your line manager will coordinate and plan workloads to ensure that project deadlines and customer commitments are still met, despite the early finish.

**Holiday Entitlement**:
