- **Mastering the art of conversation** Overcome any customer objections, and transform every 'no' into a 'tell me more'.
- ** Be a curious cat** By asking the right questions, determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions, earning their trust.
- ** Details, details, details**: You'll be the Sherlock Holmes of data, capturing and recording precise information in our internal system.
- ** Aim for the stars**: You'll strive to meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs, because who doesn't love a bit of healthy competition
- ** Regulatory guru**: You'll familiarise yourself with company policies and procedures, ensuring your conduct aligns with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards.
