**The role**

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a diverse, ambitious group of companies spanning the Housing & Construction, Care & Support and Training, Education & Careers sectors - working in recruitment at The Regenda Group, no two days are ever the same

This is a “180” delivery focused recruitment role meaning there is no cold calling or external business development involved. Instead, you will be required to build internal relationship with Managers and Directors in order to help recruit the best people for their team.

**The right fit**
- This is a graduate entry level role, so prior recruitment experience is not required, however it is essential that you have a real passion for people and you are interested in pursuing a career in recruitment.- Recruitment is always busy and ever changing, so an ability to work on multiple recruitment processes at any one time is a must.
- Strong IT Skills would also be advantageous. Training will of course be provided on our internal systems.
