**A business development role - Senior Sales Engineer or Senior Field Sales Contracts / Maintenance Sales Manager**:

- Negotiable basic salary with on target earnings and company car _**_(package reasonably negotiable)_**_
- **Very strong leadership potential and growth - looking to quadruple turnover in the next 5 years - Electrical contractor sector - Carte Blanche on revenue generation - Amazing carer growth opportunity

**Be part of something brilliant and grow it** High quality service and contract and project management to back you the new customer acquisition (Stoke HQ) (Hybrid role - Ideally you will be in front of customer selling)

A genuine opportunity to put together your own sales strategy and generate revenue the way you already know how to do with no geographical or sector restrictions. Work alongside the senior management team to formulate a plan of action and deliver your ownsales forecast. You will become part of the senior management team

A small SME with wonderful stability is looking to take the next 3 steps and triple the turnover in the next 3 years. You could be an integral part of that.

We are looking for someone who has already sold a service, solution into the right customer base - this could be to main contractors, construction, new build (SHED) sector.
We want a hunter that thrives on Business Development and a team player that is transparent and can present their pipeline and opportunities to the MD and Head of Operations and forecast work load of opportunity in advance.

**A very dynamic, progressive, autonomous sales role to start December or January 2023**

**THE ROLE** & Personality experience and personality fit:

- Researching & developing the product/service we offer to best suit the customer - Identifying the customer and creating an opportunity
- Working with the leadership team to identify what services/markets to enter/scale (commercial strategy)
- deliver.
- Brand and marketing strategy to assist you in developing new business opportunity
- Sales operations - advising and communicating internal structure to support growth
- Seeking + negotiating new customers - you will be responsible for bring in and closing the new revenue opportunity
- Relationships with existing customers and feedback following job completion
- We are looking for a go getter - someone ambitious and motivated who has knowledge or the route to market
- An electrical qual or previous sales engineer experience would be a bonus but not essential
- Someone who understand SME culture and is happy to fit in and be a team player for the good of the company, team, and big picture
- Nothing is perfect but you can help develop a commercial / sales function and help grow the business over the next ten years
- Someone who ideally wants to develop and progress themselves.

**PACKAGE and On target earnings**etc is to be negotiated but year 1 we are looking at a £65,000 plus package with uncapped earning potential with year 2 to surpass this.
