**The Role**:
**The Location**:
Thames Valley Fertility (TVF) was established in 2017, and due to the passion, expertise and reputation of our team, has already grown into a leading fertility clinic. Providing treatment to both NHS and private patients, TVF performs approximately 400 fresh cycles and 400 frozen cycles per year. Offering a full suite of treatment and diagnostic services, including PGT. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Maidenhead, adjacent to junction 8/9 of the M4, there is ample free parking for staff and patients at the front of the building. Our state-of-the-art laboratory was purpose built in 2017 and is equipped with the latest laboratory equipment and monitoring systems that support us in achieving excellent outcome KPI’s. TVF also has a 5/5 inspection rating from the HFEA.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Performing egg collections, inseminations, fertilization checks, embryo grading/transfer, cryopreservation, andrology and dish preparation.
- Communicating with patients about their treatment cycle
- Assisting with quality control and participating in quality assurance
- Monitoring/maintaining consumables and equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Completing TFP Training Scheme and working towards HCPC Registration
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum of a degree in Life Sciences, an MSc or PhD is preferable.
- Experience in a laboratory environment is preferable.
- Good manual dexterity skills
- Must be self-motivated, eager to learn and have excellent time management skills.
- High level of attention to detailed and focused
- Resilient and hard working
- Excellent communication skills

**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours
- 3 days 08.00-16.00, 1 day 07.00-15.00 and 1 day 9-5
- Weekend and bank holiday rotation is required
**Pension**: Dual contribution pension scheme
