**The Role**

Ravio needs a Content Marketer to ensure that target audiences are engaging with Ravio’s brand in a way that resonates with their needs, challenges, and goals. We believe that by educating businesses on how build confidence in their compensation practices,

Joining as an early content hire, you'll work directly with Product Marketing, Growth, Commercial, Data Science, senior leadership, and more, to help build Ravio as a trusted and reputable brand.

**Role Objectives**:

- Build and distribute engaging content tailored to Ravio’s key buyer personas - as it aligns to our content strategy.
- Use content production to fuel demand generation across Ravio’s blog, CRM, social media channels, and through our co-marketing partner ecosystem.
- Build Ravio’s brand as a trusted source for compensation education by driving our content strategy forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help build up Ravio as a reliable, educational, and accessible brand by creating and distributing varied forms of content - including longer form industry white papers.
- Own Ravio’s blog, refine our brand voice, and create stories that are guided by compensation expertise through clear and straightforward language - without lacking in methodical quality and detail.
- Use customer-focused insights to measure the success of content across channels and ensure Ravio occupies the right space in our buyers’ minds
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improving our content plan or optimising existing content to ensure we’re capturing the attention of our target audiences - resulting in marketing qualified leads and new customers.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking for distributing content across Ravio’s blog, social media channels, and through Hubspot’s CRM platform and Sales nurturing sequences.
- Own and execute strategic co-marketing opportunities - whether that’s launching a partner webinar or panel, facilitating podcast interviews, or coordinating marketing workshops for our customers.

**Desirable skills and experience**
- 2-3 years of related experience working in content distribution
- Track record of developing compelling messaging and content used to acquire new B2B customers.
- Works best with self-managed autonomy, with management in place to help you focus on the most exciting and impactful work
- Energetic self-starter who feels motivated by fast-moving, creative environments
- ** Knowledge of compensation & HR space a huge plus**

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Level P3; £40,000 - £50,000
- Company ownership (everyone gets a meaningful equity stake in Ravio)
