**Role Summary**:
As a Manufacturing Supervisor reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment, meeting KPIs, completing works orders, and maintaining overall process quality. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Uphold Health and Safety standards in accordance with company policies
- Implement clean as you go practices and maintain workstations to standards
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Complete all necessary paperwork including KPIs and works orders accurately
- Follow the production plan and escalate issues to the Production Manager promptly
- Foster a professional environment that encourages teamwork and high achievement

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong adherence to instructions and reliability
- Good time management skills and initiative
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Understanding of GMP
