An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a ICT Specialist - The post holder will configure, install and maintain computer and network hardware in line with the ICT department change and release management processes and procedures.
This role is suitable for Agile working.
In this role you will provide expert and creative solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction and productivity. You will research, resolve and respond to complex questions received via telephone calls, call backs, or escalations and provide support on electronic services, in accordance with current standards. You will resolve incidents in line with agreed SLAs, and to identify patterns and trends in incidents leading to problem definition and resolution. You will act as liaison working with other departments and third-party developers and suppliers to solve technical issues as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,960.00-£35,223.00 per year
