We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Sport to join our team in the Health Creative Industries & Protective Services department. As a Lecturer in Sport, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to our students, ensuring successful learner outcomes and maximising the potential of every student to progress to their chosen destination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Teach students enrolled on a range of courses as assigned by your line manager.
- Implement appropriate feedback and assessment systems to accurately check learning, adapting teaching as required to ensure learner progress.
- Operate within the Quality Assurance framework.
- Manage courses or parts of courses as required including administration and organisation.
- Contribute to curriculum innovation, development, and implementation.
- Maintain a professional learning environment in the classroom consistently implementing the College’s behaviour management processes as required.
- Maintain and update teaching expertise and skills to continually develop your teaching practice and deliver the best outcomes for learners.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Sport or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to undertake training.
- Experience teaching Sport at a range of levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for teaching and learning.
