DFYNE is small but exciting, and extremely fast-growing women’s sports apparel company, based in Cumbernauld, that design, develop, and manufacture a range of sports apparel.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Events Coordinator with amazing organisation and planning skills. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution for all events that DFYNE are attending, from Fit Expo’s to Exhibitions and staff night’s out.

We are looking for an amazing individual who has an eye for detail and is excited to learn all about how to plan the perfect event from start to finish.

**About the role**:
First off, its best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it’s not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it’s important, I’m Tayler, the Events Lead here at DFYNE.

You’ll be working closely with myself and the events coordinator, to support with the planning, organising and execution of incredible events. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend these events worldwide and much more. You’ll need to be able to work collaboratively with our other teams to help achieve that seamless end result

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Administrative Support**_:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of event timelines, checklists, and documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Create and distribute itineraries.
- **Logistics Assistance**_:

- Support logistics coordination, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and equipment logistics.
- Assist in securing necessary permits and approvals for events.
- **Vendor and Sponsor Relations**_:

- Aid in communication with vendors and sponsors, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
- **Promotion and Marketing Assistance**_:

- Be a liaison point for Photography & Imaging, Marketing and other teams as required in terms of promoting and marketing events.
- **On-Site Support**_:

- Assist in the on-site setup, coordination, and breakdown of events.
- Provide support for influencers, on-site staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- **Budget Tracking**_:

- Help monitor and track event expenses against the budget.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and updates.
- **Attendee Interaction**_:

- Assist with attendee registration, check-in, and information dissemination.
- Address attendee inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- **Post-Event Activities**_:

- Participate in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and insights.
- Contribute to the preparation of post-event reports.
