**Client Details**

Our client is a public sector organisation in Stockton. This role will play a pivotal support role within the Resourcing function, you will work across all business areas to provide resourcing and administrative support enabling our business to meet anddeliver its business objectives through the effective sourcing, identification and engagement of internal resources.

**Description**
- Working alongside the Resourcing SMES to assist them in the coordination of the end-to-end resourcing process
- Management of trackers for weekly business calls - responsible for a weekly activity report to cover all Resourcing activity
- Qualifying/ Validating the details on Resource requests
- Managing approval process for Resource requests
- Management of extensions/terminations for contingent workforce
- Build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Profile**
- Experience of working in an administration or coordination role
- Confident using a variety of systems, platforms and using different tools to engage people
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Offer**
