We have partnered with a rapidly growing Mortgage Broker firm, who provide unparalleled, positive customer experience to all.

Priding themselves on tailored mortgage solutions the team are driven by delivering homeownership dreams. Due to success and growth, they are now seeking two Mortgage Administrators, one on a full time and the other a part time basis.

As a seasoned Mortgage Administrator, you will be accountable for the following;
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other relevant parties to address enquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files, ensuring data privacy and security in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and property appraisals as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with relevant industry news and trends and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Proven, recent role within mortgage administration, loan processing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ideally CeMap qualified or equivalent but not essential.

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
