**Salary/package: Up to £31,000 base salary + Business Vehicle and comprehensive company benefits**

**Location**:Frequent travel required around both East and West Midlands**

**Accountabilities**:

- Perform planned site maintenance tasks and inspections on allocated sites / buildings across the whole Arqiva estate and specially to cover both technical sites and large tenanted corporate sites.
- Complete all maintenance and repair electronic forms and attach required photos providing accurate information.
- Perform site quality inspections on sites allocated to third party contractors
- Provide 1st level support for emergency building / site FM repairs
- Deliver building fabric, grounds maintenance, fence and gate repairs as required
- Deliver basic plumbing, heating and boiler with good knowledge and experience
- Deliver statutory compliance tasks related to Legionella, Fire and Asbestos Willing to work away from home and during abnormal hours in emergency Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with Corporate staff, Arqiva Tenants, Senior Managers (Site owners) Provide timely and outstanding customer support to resolve office related queries, providing proactive feedback and seeking continuous improvement opportunities. Ability to provide warehouse cover and operate MEWP’s and Forklifts Full awareness of job stack, managing own time to efficiently, complete tasks within SLA, minimising travel and maximising first fix Expert fault finding, including provision of technical leadership and providing advice and guidance to others across all systems.

**Required Expertise**:
Highly experienced in safely using a range of tools, equipment and machinery relevant to the role Track record of maintaining appropriate stock and inventory to enable 1st time repairs Practical maintenance skills, incl plumbing, painting, decorating, building and roof repairs, carpentry, grounds maintenance and fencing.

**Technical / Professional Skillset(s)**:
Desirable: proficient skills in grounds maintenance and repairs)

Desirable: Practical DIY experience, incl plumbing, painting, decorating, building, carpentry and locks)

Desirable: A holder of a certificate for the safe use of Pesticides (PA1 & PA 6a)) Excellent knowledge of heating systems and boiler operations Basic plumbing and drainage, clearing blockages and minor repairs such as valve and flush replacements Licensed to operate forklift trucks and MEWPs.

Rooftop trained.
