Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and north east Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of data for persons who use our service in accordance with Trust policy.
- Use electronic health records systems and enter information accurately.
- First point of call for telephone enquiries to the service. Booking appointments, dealing with enquiries/messages and transmit to team members according to priorities, maintaining a helpful and courteous manner at all times.
- Respond and action administrative queries from wider team on a day-to-day basis.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience
- NHS Systems Knowledge (desirable)
- IAPTus knowledge (desirable)
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience._
