Catering Services sit within the In-House Services and Estates team and are responsible for the efficient operation of the House of Commons catering facilities within an agreed financial framework. Catering Services at the House of Commons promotes a culture that adheres to the highest ethical standards across all areas of our business. **Job description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver an excellent guest dining experience; to provide exceptional care and give a polished and professional service, exceeding our customers’ needs and expectations.

**Person specification**:

- Experience of delivering excellent customer service with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of different groups of people.
- Experience of delivering a high standard of service in line with the objectives of a business in a diverse environment of customers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work successfully within a team demonstrating a flexible approach; understands the team goals and objectives; offers help to team members and responds willingly to requests for help.
- Able to demonstrate excellent personal organisation skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to continually learn and develop.
- Experience operating a traditional Barista coffee machine.
