Our aim in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Data Office is to drive improvements in data management to achieve key business outcomes for AFC, Compliance & Legal Functions within CAO. You will play a key role in assisting with the delivery of these improvements for United Kingdom & Ireland (UKI) AFC function including enhanced data quality, reduction in audit and regulatory findings, more effective data controls, and greater operational efficiency.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Drive AFC United Kingdom (UK) implementation of sustainable Data Management controls covering: Data Requirements, Data Availability & Lineage, Data Quality & Controls
- Support UK AFC control owners to deliver data improvements by analysing, impact assessing and planning remediation of material UK data issues
- Manage the UK AFC data issues book of work
- Run data working groups with key stakeholders including global AFC data teams, Technology, Data & Innovation (TDI) and data producers to ensure UK data issues are identified, impact assessed and remediated on a timely basis
- Work with key stakeholders to understand data quality impacts on AFC controls, identifying inherent data risks and understanding effectiveness of front-to-back data controls to mitigate these risks

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in Financial Services preferably within Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance, or other Non-Financial Risk areas
- Experience in all aspects of Data Management best practice together with working knowledge of relevant tooling, for example, Collibra, Solidatus, Waltz, Tableau
- Experience of delivering improved data outcomes as part of delivering data improvement projects preferably as part of regulatory programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to appropriately partner with colleagues across different areas and locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical business colleagues
