If you are a school or college leaver and fancy a career in a marketing & communications agency, then we have a new scheme tailor-made for you. It’s designed to give more people without a degree a jump start in the agency world.
- Flourish at Four_ will offer places in social media, digital, public relations, graphic design, marketing and media planning & buying, as well as our central teams (IT, finance, HR, marketing & new business and office functions).

**Start dates**: from August 2023
**Salary**: £23,350 (London), £21,300 (Wales and Sheffield)
